The Couvre Porte is located at the entrance to Birgu (Vittoriosa) and is easily accessible by bus. From Valletta, you can take bus routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 91, 92, 93, or X13. Get off at the Birgu stop, and the Couvre Porte will be directly in front of you as you enter the city.
